This "QuarantineMail Options" dialog is accessed by clicking the "Options.." button (see toolbar image above).

The capture shows a default, low-security challenge eMail. If you don't like the text, you
can write your own, using QuarantineMail's built-in challenge editor.

This is what a sample Deleted items folder looks like. Most of the junk eMails in this folder used an invalid return address. The eMails were first quarantined, then challenged, and finally placed where they belong.

The "QM Action" column tells you what action QuarantineMail took while processing the email.
