Where are my emails?

If you are new to Outlook and your folders list is not visible, you may think that you’re not receiving any emails, because QuarantineMail is moving email from unknow senders into the Quarantined folder - DON’T PANIC!
Simply, click on the ‘View’ menu, and choose ‘Folder List’. You see, it’s all there!

Something happened and now the QuarantineMail™ add-in is gone. What do I do?

QuarantineMail™ runs as a Microsoft Outlook™ COM add-in. In case of an Outlook crash, QuarantineMail™ add-in may get disabled. To reactivate QuarantineMail™, go to the Outlook Options dialog box (Tools - Options).

In the Options dialog box, click the Other tab, and then the Advanced Options… button. In the Advanced Options dialog box, click the COM Add-ins… button. QuarantineMail™ Outlook add-in should be listed and checked as active.

If QuarantineMail™ add-in isn’t listed in the COM Add-ins dialog box, you can add it manually, by clicking the Add… button, and then selecting the QuarantineMail.dll, located in the QuarantineMail™ installation folder, default:
“Program files\QuarantineMail 200x” (where x is 0 for Outlook 2000, and 2 for Outlook XP)

I work for a large corporation. Can I safely use QuarantineMail™?

YES! QuarantineMail does not interfere with inter-office email. Only email that arrives through external POP/SMTP accounts will be processed. If you need to approve any domains, the approve domain feature makes it easy.

Will you release QuarantineMail™ for Microsoft Outlook Express™?

We’d love to, ..but Microsoft Outlook Express™ is based on a “Simple MAPI” protocol, and that can’t handle the complex email handling required by QuarantineMail™.
